Review

Extremely poor service since it was taken over by WH Smith several weeks ago. The staff will be milling about doing nothing while customers are waiting in the queue and at the self-service kiosks. I have also witnessed one male staff being rude to a customer. I have just been kept waiting for almost 10 minutes at the self-service kiosk to complete my transaction. Shape up or shipn out.

illiterate and xenophobic manager of English origin who has the most horrendous teeth in the world who was patronising an elderly south Asian Muslim customer these sort of xenophobic backward minded staff members who only defend their own people yet those people are one of the most lazy people in the world who never want to work not to mention the fact that harrow is only full of one south Asian ethnic group of people who keep picking their own community members for job roles and others suffer I feel that WHSmith could be close to going into administration I don't see it surviving much longer avoid at all costs this is due to their nasty xenophobic attitude had I been a bit more muscular then then staff member wouldn't have dared to talk down to that Muslim lady and I genuinely don't get into race issues but if you want to go down the debating line with me I am more then happy do have a political and ethical debate with anybody in the store especially that illiterate staff member sorry about that outburst at the store but sometimes you've got to be just with all not just your own kind not to mention the fact that such members of staff ought to be replaced with kind hearted and understanding staff good luck to you WHSmith you'll need it big time ! no offence

I have used this whsmith for years their post office used to be very good however they have recently took over the post office with their own staff what a massive mistake they have brought on some very questionable staff they can't even keep the self check outs running they are so slow and have no clue of what they are doing it's an absolute joke! I used this post office almost everyday so I know what I'm talking about I don't use it anymore as it wastes at least 20 minutes to post something what a stupid mistake from whsmith well with the Internet taking over their business as its waaaaay cheaper online they had to take over the post office business.... Atleast hire people who understand the basics worst post office iv been too.

There is stuff everywhere. You never really know what's around the corner. WHSmith what do you actually sell apart from the sweets you push us at your points of sale.

A mess - magazine area a mess, they never have in stock what I am looking for, and staff are simply not interested in providing any sort of customer service.
