Extremely poor service since it was taken over by WH Smith several weeks ago. The staff will be milling about doing nothing while customers are waiting in the queue and at the self-service kiosks. I have also witnessed one male staff being rude to a customer. I have just been kept waiting for almost 10 minutes at the self-service kiosk to complete my transaction. Shape up or shipn out.
