Anything that isn't in stock can be ordered and be with you usually within 24 hours. Have been here multiple times now and they always ensure to look after their customers. Visited the Manchester branch recently and was given a warm welcome by everyone. Several different members of staff asked if they could help me and were happy to let me browse on my own unless I needed help with anything. I spoke with Tremayne who was really friendly and helpful, he helped me with valuing my trade in items which took him no time at all. If you’re in Manchester or any of the surrounding areas and are wanting to purchase camera equipment or even if you have questions and want an answer to something I cannot recommend a visit to this branch highly enough. Couldn't fault Jack the person my contact started with to Tremayne who served me when I picked my order up. I could have ordered on line but being of a certain age am a bit of a Internet dinosaur so I phoned and spoke to Jack who talked me patiently through my options and placed an order for me. As promised got the call to advise my item was in then had the pleasure of being served by Tremayne . I would definitely recommend Wex to anyone just starting out or who else lacks confidence in ordering the right parts as they are knowledgeable patient and polite a credit to the shop

I came today to the shop to have my lenses inspected for Trade In. I was served by Jack who was super professional, friendly and understanding. My lenses were inspected sooner than planned and everything was clearly explained to me after to finish the deal. All sorted now. New gear ordered. This store and their staff are "Simply The Best!! " I have been a customer for several years and have always had the best experience of any photographic outlet that I have ever encountered. All the staff, without exception, are professional, helpful, cheerful and very knowledgeable about all things photographic. I want to thank them all for their interminable patience with me and my lovely wife as we don't always know what we need. I recommend these people to anyone, at whatever photography level, without hesitation as it is an enlightening experience to shop at the Manchester store.

It’s the patience, listening and thought provoking guidance that I was after when I visited Wex, Manchester today. Ted was really helpful. My challenge was to find the right kit that was light weight, low light capable and wildlife focused. I felt like I was a customer that was given time in helping me understand what I need. Ted made that process easier for me, so I’ll be back.

Staff in store very helpful, but also very honest and direct on products that perhaps may not be the best option and why. From personal experience having owned some of the products, I agreed and was appreciative of the honest and direct advice. Refreshing to have such advice and guidance, and not just what products others just want to shift!
