Fitted us with a new remote controlled shop shutter. Great to deal with from start to finish. Fitters removed existing old shutter and replaced with new one in less than 4 hours plus worked around our customers coming in and out on what was a very busy day. Cheers guys.

Asked for someone to come and service my shutters. Sent photos as requested. Guy called Mark said that we require a new curtain (we didn't actually need one). He was curt and accusative on email and stopped communicating. If you don't want a job, just say so rather than annoy a genuine customer (with 5 others shutters that all need a service)

Very disappointed!!!!! I just called to ask for a quote as I am based in Ipswich and the gentleman told me that it is not worth coming. Why? He doesn't want to be bothered with customers making less than 50K. Your website does says that you serve domestic and small business owners even in Ipswich. If you don't want to be bothered with a job 'that it doesn't worth coming' then please delete it from your website because it is really confusing. Thank you for your time at least to pick up the phone!
