I usually never leave a comment but I can’t thank the whole team enough. The lovely and professional receptionists and especially Dr Janet Marston who helped me and put me back at ease by giving me a piece of mind again. After having a terrible dental experience at a different clinic, Dr Janet told me that everything was going to be okay and she fully restored my hope. Thank you to all of you so much x

My dentist is very good, she explains clearly my treatment options. Her treatment is very caring and professional. The reception team are very friendly and helpfully .

In the last 5 years I have moved from one Dental Practise to another before finally re-joining Westpoint Dental Centre again. I would say that this Dental Practice is by far the best Practice I have ever been a patient at. The waiting times are reasonable, (no more than half an hour). At my previous Dental Practice I always had to wait upto/over an hour to be seen. The reception staff are clear, calm and professional in the service they provide.The hygienist (Suzy) she is just brilliant! I remember when I was having my scale and polish a year ago: she took her time and was very gentle to make sure my gums did not bleed as back then I was trying to overcome anaemia. My Dentist and Nurse (Hillary and Kelly) are superb, and always do their best - with the treartment they provide me with. I have put my review up to 5 stars (for now), although my opinion may change over time depending on the kind dental service I receive at WP.D.C in the future.

Friendly and efficient dental practice. I have been going here for nearly 30 years and have no reason to change my practice. The recent refurbishment has made the practice look quite modern and in with the times. I wonder if they'll get a fish tank installed again like in the old days. Getting a Friday appointment can be quite difficult hence the 4 stars. But I would happily recommend this dental practice.

I am absolutely delighted with my implants that Sam did for me, they fit perfectly and look amazing. Both Sam and Angela took very good care of me, made me feel at ease and explained each procedure. Excellent service all round. Thank you so much.

I cannot say enough kind words about the staff and dentist at this practice! always greeted with a smile at reception and when i enter the dentist room. I am relatively new to the practice(2 years) but have always found them to be kind and welcoming. I recently had a check up with Kelly Gordon and she is fantastic! if I could give a 6 star I would. If you are looking for a dentist you can have trust in I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you again for making my experiences positive and a big thank you for making me feel safe during these crazy times!

I seen the hygienist today Dr Rob for Airflow , the lovely receptionist staff recommended this as I drink coffee and smoke , I’m absolutely thrilled with the results people have already asked me if I’ve had my teeth whitened because it’s really cleaned them up so well, it was great value for money. The surgery was super clean and really nice inside and all the staff were so lovely to me , I would definitely recommend West Point dental centre for teeth cleaning.

Hi Move been going to this dentist for 30 years and was always satisfied. This practice is now under new management and still as good. II got so used to my previous dentist I was nervous about a new one, but needn't have worried as shes very nice.

Called up for an appointment and was told someone would call me back that day and they didn't. When I finally received a call back (a day later) the triage dentist was great and then advised someone would call to arrange to be booked in. This never happened so I then had to call up the next day and they booked me in for the wrong appointment which was more frustrating that I called up the day before I was due to come in to find out how much my treatment would cost and was a waste of a morning. I was then provided incorrect / unclear pricing information from the receptionist which was brushed off by the manager who was listening to the conversation unfold
