We had outstanding attention from Daniel Sparrow during our recent visits to Henley Skoda, Salisbury. Daniel was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient. He listened carefully to us and gave us excellent advice. We would not hesitate to recommend Daniel to our friends and family and we will go back to him next time we replace our car. USELESS. Every time I try to book a service at this dealership I have to call at least 4 times. Nobody calls back when they say they will. First time I booked a service, based on car telling me I needed it, I got there to be told the prompt was set wrongly. Took a day off work for nothing. Another time I had a courtesy car booked but wasn’t told what documentation I needed to take (this was before the online authorisation process came in). When I booked my MOT I had to call 3 times to try and get a callback. This time, I’ve been calling to book a service since Thursday morning and STILL nobody has called me back. The sooner I can trade this car in the better. Shame as the sales team were fantastic when I got the car (hence the one star) but they are let down by either hopeless reception staff (which reminds me, they were supposed to email me the MOT healthcare docs but haven’t yet...) or a lack of communication between front desk and service team. So frustrating and a shame as I love my car. I just can’t take the constant appalling treatment.

Dealt with Kevin Hendy (same name but unrelated to the dealership, apparently) and could not have had a better experience. Welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and critically, not in the least bit pushy. Was also deeply engaging with our 2 year old daughter which kept her amused and made our experience much easier! We didn’t actually purchase a car from here in the end, but only because he identified a better deal for us elsewhere that they were unable to match. Would recommend whole heartedly and can honestly say that I’ve not had better customer service anywhere else - having bought from Land Rover, BMW, and VW previously.

Big Thank You to Ralph! Thank you so much for all your help with the Car! You and your colleague were brilliant when we originally came in to have a look at buying a car and your service since has been excellent. You have answered all my questions, called me back when I've left messages and you were super speedy at getting the car ready for me!

I called these chaps as I needed to sort out connection to mobile phone etc and I couldn't remember! I had purchased else where but these guys really do prove that the Skoda Service is available were ever you go! In return for some biscuits and 5 minute job for the expert showed what I needed to do..... Awesome work Thank You

I booked a courtesy car but when I arrived I was told none were available. They helpfully told me about the bus stop across the road, but that doesn't go anywhere near my house. I ended up walking home. Not a great experience.

Not impressed - would not recommend for used car sales. Communication not great. Our first visit was awful, they would not give us a final price on the car we wanted due to us not having our second part exchange vehicle there in person for valuation... apparently it was not possible to give an estimate without the car being there. After the car we wanted sold at another garage we were forced to return to Hendy. After badgering the garage for another appointment to bring in the part exchange, we were then given a valuation over the phone! So clearly they can give estimates without seeing the car! In the end the part exchange values were lower than we had received elsewhere anyway, so we didn’t part exchange. Overall we were made to feel like they either didn’t want our money.... or they didn’t think we had it to spend! We reluctantly purchased from here purely because we loved the car and not due to any customer service or good sales technique. Cherry on the top was realising there were no car mats and them not willing to replace them on a £20,000 car - never known a garage not to happily just replace these as a gesture of good will.
