Westover Land Rover, Salisbury salisbury

Hendy land rover, well presented dealerships, always treated me well in the past. There is always someone on had to help, for if you are in the market for a new car or having a service or repair the friendly staff are very helpful. All in all i always been happy with the Land rover service.

Absolute shambles. No one returns your calls. When you phone back your given a plethora of excuses, short staffed, we do not know which model it is!? (You have the registration and previously have serviced the vehicle!) About the servicing , they have STILL have not updated my online Land Rover service book/log!! 368 days and counting!! The service cost £644, I have phoned 4 times about this!! No calls returned ever, just excuses. Previous warranty work not completed on time, requiring the vehicle again, despite clearly outlining the issues, the general administration and communication is near non-existent, or so it would seem. I feel really sorry for some of the people working there, previously as Ottons I had no issues. The management in place needs to seriously look at the levels of customer service they are delivering currently, not for me as I will never buy or take another vehicle there again, but for those customers yet to suffer the misfortune and incompetence I have. Please anyone reading, for your sanity go elsewhere.

James was a absolute star, i spend alot of time dealing with main dealers be that Ford, BMW or Mercedes and far to often it's a painful experience. I could not fault my buying experience if I tried and James was great throughout. I wish him and the dealership all the best great work team Hendy!!!!

Been buying Rangerovers for 10 years from Ottons, Westover Hendy. never again. They promise to call but dont. I have a lovely top of the range car which wont even connect with my phone and they will not resolve the issue. Now looking for a new car. NOT FROM RANGE ROVER SALISBURY

at just after 8am I was driving up castle street making my way to the Hendy Kia dealership at old Sarum when a knob in a brand new Range Rover Velar using the bus lane speeds past everyone else who is queuing at the roundabout, and aggressively cuts in front of me. He then continued his aggressive knobbish driving all the way up to Old Sarum in front of me. Turns out it was a Hendy Landrover staff member driving one of their demonstrators. Not showing the company in a very good light.

Had an excellent experience buying my Discovery Sport at Hendy in Salisbury. Dean could not do enough to help me through the process and can't thank him enough for the support he provided. Would highly recommend if you want a professional service when buying a car

What a joke!! I was supplied with the wrong part and refused a refund 2 weeks before Christmas when I have a newborn baby. Not only that but the staff were rude and not accomodating what a scam

Really friendly people ,made me an my wife feel so welcome an comfortable. Not pushy in anyway would recommend them highly

Really poor customer service I had my car booked for inspection, issues with the brakes. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a courtesy car,when I arrived at the dealership, my courtesy car wasn't there,and I had to go back to work in my car ,with NO breaks. Try to avoid Salisbury dealership.

Absolutely awful customer service. Really wouldn’t recommend at all.
