Had a super king duvet that needed washing. Very happy. Big machines.. perfect. Only downfall on my part is that I had no clue what compartment I needed to put the detergent in. Resulting me to ask a customer for help... I really wish a staff member could have helped me instead.

Instructions could be clearer (they focus on what you mustn't do) and everyone who came in while we were there (us included) asked at least one question about the practicalities (how hot is a "hot" wash; how long does 50p last in the drier). Presumably for security reasons, there are no change machines, so come armed with coins (the driers require 50p and fairly gobble them up!) There are two (popular) large capacity machines (£9) and half a dozen smaller (£6). Seating is at a premium and a table would be handy if you have items to fold. But it does the job (we had pillows to launder) - and we'll come again.

I was surprised how clean it is. Also the staff were very friendly. Not many machines but it is a small place. Shame a couple were out of order, I'm sure they will be fixed soon. £6 for a standard wash was fine for me, £9 for a larger one. but £1 for a 10 minute dry I though was a bit pricey. Overall though I recommend this place.

Staff are very nice and accommodating. I use ironing service which has been great.

Clean and tidy. But, no attendant available mid afternoon, no change available, detergent dispenser not working. Two tumble driers out of action out of 6, including one where I abandonned 50p without recourse. Come prepared!

Asked for a coat to be dry cleaned very last minute. Mike was extremely helpful trying to fit me in during this very busy time of year. Would certainly use again. Thank you Mike and Co! 😊

Great service! Second time of using them. Needed a king size duvet and a mattress topper washing, all done quickly £34 and can pay cash or card. Lovely knowledgable people. if you have a specific stain eg colour run frrom new bedding they can pre treat :0) Will be back!

50pence pieces and pound coins required. Easy use tumble driers. Tidy and calm. Can get busy. But I have been pleasantly surprised with clothes dried in 50 minutes

Really helpful, friendly staff. Reasonable price. I was accidentally given someone else's cleaned quilt along with my own and it was collected promptly from my home... Owning a mistake and resolving it promptly is very telling and I was impressed. Good service. Recommended

Quick and easy process with extremely polite, helpful staff. Prices are very competitive. The machines are easy to use and the facility is also very clean!
