Registered online with the GP. Rang a few weeks later when I needed to see someone and was told my details hadn't been registered, so I needed to come in again. They then said it'd take a few days for them to input my details  (it wasn't a long form and could have been done there & then...). Rang up a few days later at 8am and they didn't have anything left for the same day, and if I wanted anything after 4.30pm I'd have to ring up two weeks beforehand at 8am. Got through at 8.05am and they didn't have any late appointments left for two weeks time, so I'd have to wait another two weeks. At this point I just gave up and went to a walk-in centre.

Rang the surgery to try to register as a new patient and was disgusted in the way i was abruptly spoken to by one of their team (sam). I hav'nt even seen one of their Doctors but if this is the way that their staff speak to patients, i have no intention of being one.

If you ring on the 6/12/2021 and you are unable to breath properly plus asthamatic with sinusitis the GPS will send you a text with a call back date of the 15/12/2021. If you ring again on the 8th explaining it is too long they will tell you to wait for a call that day by 6pm. When you go to the practice at 5pm they will tell you the call didn't take place. They will tell you there is no complaints form and be dismissive and rude. I contact the practice again today on the 10th and another member of staff who's tone is always quite rude says if you don't like the service then change gp's. Fantastic staff customer services. Several months ago in summer they told me I had gout and for several months and the 4th antibiotic packet later I pushed for an xray. Surprise, I have a broken big toe. How can a gp diagnose without seeing a patient. A few years ago I attended 4 times with my daughter and was repeatedly told she has a chest infection. Left the gp's rang an ambulance and she had pneumonia. Another half hour and she would have been in a coma. Staff rude again. Hold on a minute when we are poorly we are supposed to ring the gp's if we can't treat it our selves. If your not happy helping people then why do a job that involves working with the general public. As a dental hygienist I am more at risk from covid and I am seeing patients practically every day. Why are these gp's still not seeing patients. They are not doing aerosol generating procedures. How can an accurate diagnosis be made over the phone and how does a call in 14 days help. Its totally baffling behaviour and rudd staff is not what is needed when a person is poorly. The reception is thd 1st response to access the gp.

Rude and lack in customer service. Was told by a member of the reception team that it wasn't her problem. No empathy which is shocking considering the field they work in.

Today I called the medical centre at 11.50am the time is now 2.36pm and I'm still holding for reception to even bother to answer the phone in these times of covid this is a absolute travesty and the people responsible for answering the calls should be sacked as far as I am concerned. . .I contine to hold. Soon I shall get in the car and look through the glass and tell them to answer the lazy articles they are

Would give zero stars if possible. This Dr really is dangerous.I Needed a new inhaler desperately. As I have not had an inhaler in a few months due to the pandemic. They requested that I call the dr the following day at 8am to possibly get an appointment to then get an inhaler. Sorry but asthma and inhalers are not medication which can wait. Withholding inhalers can get someone killed (1400 died in 2019). Prolonging receiving such medication is potentially lethal ! Receptionist are as much use as chocolate teapots and offered no alternative even after explaining the dangers ! They don’t care. So I asked what if I have an asthma attack in the mean time I quote “ ring 111” hahaha I would be dead by then you lunatic. There is a reason they have soooo many bad reviews. For every 1 bad comment there is another 1000 or more that warranted one but have not left one as let’s be honest most people can’t be bothered.
