Before receiving the car is all good and after you feel like nothing but hassle! Traded an old car in & had to pay a £99 holding deposit which I was told I would get back after receiving my new car (in April) after getting the car, got told it was actually put towards my car finance. Then end of may got a call to say I was due it back! Apparently been paid 5 times and I’ve yet to receive it and emails are being ignored from my salesman and requests to speak to him or a manager are always “they’re not here at the moment” or “they’re busy I’ll send an email and have them call you back” and yet no one ever has. So approx 14 weeks after picking my car up and I’m still emailing and phoning

Fantastic service. We stumbled upon Western Toyota at Newbridge on our way back home from another dealer... What a difference. The customer service was first class, we felt very welcomed and received professional advice. Even though we only went to check what is on offer with no intention of buying, we decided there is no better place to buy our dream car. The whole process was smooth and faultless. Service staff are professional and concise. The sales staff are very welcoming and know their job very well. The greeter at the front desk goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Top marks from me

Great service young salesman called Kyle came out and answered all our questions very good customer service
