Booked my GT86 in last week for a recall on the valve springs at Western Toyota, Newbridge. Amazing customer service from Paula in the service department from start to finish. I was given another GT for the week! Took the opportunity of speaking to Andy the technician undertaking the work, who was open to discuss the process and any questions I had. Paula took a photo record of the stages. My impression was that Western Toyota, Newbridge are doing their very best in helping the recall customers and I was impressed by how I was treated. The staff are friendly and helpful and I think that owners need to appreciate that your car is safer and more reliable after recall. Considering this is a Subaru related issue, I would say Toyota are dealing with this really well and should not be given a hard time over this. Thanks to all staff I met and a special thanks to Paula and Andy for their efforts.

Before receiving the car is all good and after you feel like nothing but hassle! Traded an old car in & had to pay a £99 holding deposit which I was told I would get back after receiving my new car (in April) after getting the car, got told it was actually put towards my car finance. Then end of may got a call to say I was due it back! Apparently been paid 5 times and I’ve yet to receive it and emails are being ignored from my salesman and requests to speak to him or a manager are always “they’re not here at the moment” or “they’re busy I’ll send an email and have them call you back” and yet no one ever has. So approx 14 weeks after picking my car up and I’m still emailing and phoning

Fantastic service. We stumbled upon Western Toyota at Newbridge on our way back home from another dealer... What a difference. The customer service was first class, we felt very welcomed and received professional advice. Even though we only went to check what is on offer with no intention of buying, we decided there is no better place to buy our dream car. The whole process was smooth and faultless.
