Western Road Post Office london

0 stars if possible. They close up early and are unhelpful. I live 2mins away from here but will not be using again. Saturday opening times are 8.30 to 16.00. I went there at 15.30 and they had closed everything. No point in justifying you guys were just being lazy and unhelpful.

Delaying the process, for no valid reason. Had to leave as both the shop owner and the post office clerk was denying me the ability to send off my documents. Luckily I went to Kings street post office and received a better and recommendable service.

One of most worst and terrible post office i have ever seen they are robbers i went to recharge my electricity and gas key the beard man with turban ask me to pay first i give him £40 but he charge electric key £10 less and all the time he was talking with ladies behind counter didnt pay any attention to custmer he thought i am not regular customer so robbed him but i live 2miles away i call to them not one answer call and when i drive they were close and tomorrow is sunday they again close i want to report to paypoint and post office headoffice about them is anyone have idea where to i see people review and they have bad repotation in area so avoid to go there guys if you don't want to robbed thanks 11:01:2020

Disgusted at the level of service. This fat lady and her husband need to understand that they are not in new delhi....this is london. They need to learn some manners...the lady ignored me the other day and started to feed a little indian gnome and followed it by praying to it ...after that she told me the ink ran out on her printer. I dont understand why she thinks she is running a nursery bringing them to work...classic indian child labour. They need to fix up or close up. Im not angry im just dissapointed

Very rude staff both shop owner and the post office clerk. Even if you ask a simple question they will never answer in a good manner. Bad customer service.

The workers are very rude, arrogant and disrespectful to everyone. This the only post office near in this area and people have to go otherwise nobody likes them just hoping they banned them and get new staff so people can go there respectfully .

This is the worst post office. Staff are rude and unhelpful. You get the impression that they dont want to post your parcels or letters. Like its too much for them to do. Also its dirty inside and why do they need to eat their food behind the counter while serving customers? And have private conversations on their mobile phones? I have found a more efficient post office and will not be using this one again.

Good experience, don’t know why the other reviews are bad. No queue, and the lady serving was very nice and efficient.

This was the first time I visited this branch. The Indian lady was very unprofessional. While I was at the counter filling the details on the post, she was on a call with the loudspeaker on and continued talking whilst I was there. As it was a Saturday, I asked her about the post collection time, she rudely replied saying "can't you read that notice over there?". The level of customer service was very poor. When at work, you are meant to behave professionally and not be on calls while customers are at the desk. Apparently she was making plans with the lady over the phone to go out as the lockdown was eased. The phone was on loudspeaker. I would not give this branch a rating at all if there was an option for it. The main post office customer services should take these issues happening at this branch seriously as there is no level of professionalism at work with the staff. We pay for the services and in return expect good customer service. If it is so difficult to be good to your customers, then you should not be sitting there.

As you can already tell by the abysmal reviews, you do NOT want to send parcels here. My mother attempted to send me an apple watch as a birthday present and to no surprise, it never arrived. Meaning they were either extremely incapable and lost it, or one of them stole it. Point is, don't go here, don't send anything here, unless of course you want your items to go missing or to get stolen. 👍🏼
