Love this hospital! Staff are all lovely and so patient. Way better than the royal infirmary

Cannot praise enough the staff in this hospital. Had to have another overnight consultation treated with so much respect and care. God bless you all.

The treatment and support my father is getting is noticeably better than that given in London or southern hospitals. The staff are really good, professional, caring and you can tell there is a good atmosphere and the wards are kept as clean as possible. I would rate them 9 or 10 out of 10 compared with some hospitals in London suburbs that 4 out of 10 would be generous. I visited one London Hospital a couple of years ago and the standard of hygiene was so poor I felt that visitors were at risk of picking up bugs let alone the patients. This is the NHS at it's best.

Went to the hospital. Found the staff to be kind even though I could hardly understand the accent since I’m from Canada.

The Rykers Island of hospitals if you’re over 80. If at all possible, go somewhere else. Systemic problems in treatment (or lack thereof) of older people.

I had an appointment at the radiotherapy unit here yesterday, was seen to promptly and had a meeting with Ashley who was informative, professional and calmed a very nervous patient, me, by explaining the procedure. I was then introduced to Vicky who was also very professional, reassuring and caring. The entire team are a credit to the Hospital Dept and their profession. Thanks very much.

I was cured of leukemia, thanks to God, and then thanks to you, I recovered from cancer. I do not know how to thank you. May God bless you all and give you health and wellness because you work day and night to take care of all patients. You deserve a lot of thanks and respect.🤲❤🌷🤲

Very impressed with the care and kindness I received recently at the Western. From reception onwards through triage, Ward 53 and 57 I could not fault them. I was kept updated at all times had friendly chats with the staff about my condition and even managed some sleep. The food was excellent. I ate every morsel and drank gallons of water and tea. Big thanks all round.
