Western Elms Surgery – Dr J A Newsham reading

Changed the family planning clinic AGAIN without informing patients. I only go every 12 weeks for my injection and rarely use any other services so how would I know otherwise. This injection has to be given on the day otherwise it can mess up everything. Apparently 1 day a week on a Monday is all I can go now and because my injection is due on the Tuesday, I now have to wait 6 days until I can receive the injection. Asked for an appointment with someone else to administer the injection and apparently only one nurse can give it. Ridiculous!

Don't answer their telephone despite multiple attempted calls for 5 days now!

Very upset, they dont answer the phone i go one day there to see why , they say its v busy ,only one person was sitting on the chair and they was talking Disapointed I take day off from work so i can boo the appoiment and to resolv my health issues not to dont even pick up my phones call

Asking for gp practice and never get answer, unhelpful.

Nobody Answered the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When the GP call you they just hanged up the phone instantly before you have a chance to pick the phone up !
