Second time back in this place and one again the worst experience yet again. 21 Plate owner of Mercedes sprinter which has been bought brand new. It had a transmission fault after driving just 8k miles. It had to go in to get repaired, which was going to take 2 months to get spare parts for, the 2 months wait turned into 2 weeks after complaining. In the mean time I had to rent a van, no help what so ever when I asked Mercedes to source one, which forced me to walk around an industrial estate to search for one. 3 months later still no repayment received for having to rent the van, after being advised it would be in my bank account after a few weeks. Second time back in to get break pads replaced. Have been advised to drop the van off at 6:30 pm then received a text message advising to drop the van off before 8:30am. Once again forced to rent a van till the next day to get break pads replaced. Was about to put an order for another sprinter for the business, but now definitely will not be.

During the lockdown the staff have been doing they're best to accommodate everyone social distancing measure in place

Failed to meet my expectations. Went to get vehicle software updated but they could not manage it and then said I did not need it!
