The worse staff ever , bunch of rude "lady's" who don't care about you. They do not looking to help you just rid you of from the the list. Always very problematic with any case what they need to deal with from simple information to booking appointment.

You complain about the rudeness of the staff, told the practice manager will be in touch the same day, a week later they are complaining about you!!!!!!!!! So much for careing about the people they are supposed to care for?

Such a brilliant service. Called yesterday morning for advice from my GP, was booked a telephone appointment and he called me back within the hour. He sent my prescription straight to the pharmacy for me to collect that evening. Such a brilliant way of working, particularly for people like me that work all day. Definitely the way forward!

So good. Offers so many services. Really looks after me. Recommend!

very good caring professional practice

I've been trying to make an appointment for past 5 days no luck, when I call either there is no appointments available or I have to wait on the phone over an hr and still no one is picking up, I walked in the surgery and I can see that reception is empty and receptionist just chatting away while I'm veeng held on the phone and they turned off the sound of a phone. Disgusting attitude they get paid from our tax money but they treat us like piece of s***. Next time I will video this and I will post a cross the all social media to recognise our heroes 👍

The women on reception are incredibly unhelpful and dismissive, worst experience I've ever had trying to make appointments here. I've been registered for 10.months and still can't get an appointment with a gp they keep getting me an appointment with the nurse even if I specifically ask to speak to a doctor, I've tried 5 times to get an appointment and I get told to try again tomorrow then the same thing happens again. I've never had a bad experience with a gp surgery before so this is new to me. Don't bother registering, you won't be taken seriously and fobbed off.

They are awful, reception staff play games putting the phone down through trying to make appointments, I made had written complaints and got told I was a liar i've basically made things up and on top of that play with my mental health when they know I'm a brain injury patient who's had 13 bleeds to the brain. DISGRACEFUL.
