Having brought a house from them before when Alex was in situ, we were really confident in using them again. However, Alex seems to be unresponsive, we chase pretty much every other day, our emails often go unanswered and or are not responding to what we are actually asking. We have now gone elsewhere, but really disappointing experience when house selling is stressful enough!
