Wow - what an amazing team in the Westcoast Nailsea office, we stupidly used a different estate agent to sell our home as opted for the one in the village we lived in. Westcoast were the agents dealing with the two other properties in our chain and the gap between the service they gave compared to our agents was huge. Also I believe at a lesser fee, if it wasn’t for Rachael at Nailsea we wouldn’t have moved and our selling fee should have gone to them not our own agents. Rachel Yates is amazingly good at her job along with the rest of the team. We had a few legal issues on our way to purchasing a property through Westcoast. Rachel often kept us more informed than other parties in the chain. She also kept the seller of the property we were buying, fully informed at all times and succeeded in keeping the chain going.

Rachael was the agent for the place we were buying, she wasn't even employed by us, but she was absolutely brilliant, I preferred to call her for assistance rather than my own estate agent or solicitor, she bent over backwards for us during our move and the other staff in that office were a great help too
