Westbourne Dental Practice liverpool

I visited the dentist this week, as part of my tooth had broken away. I thought I was going to need a crown. Doctor Hanna said he would do a filling. I was impressed as the gap was mostly on the most visible side of my tooth. He's a very kind , gentle man, always puts my daughter & myself at ease. When younger I'd had lots of fillings and was scared to go. I had the injection to numb my tooth, which he did wonderfully, then whilst waiting to go numb, he removed the plaque from my teeth- fab! Then the filling... totally painless. I looked properly at it when I got home.... its a WORK OF ART!! It looks just like my other teeth, inc the colour. He is my hero!!

Dr O’Connor is the reason I am leaving this dentist. Very unwelcoming and made me feel like an inconvenience. Last time he was running late and never apologised. I am now in need of dental care but I am actively seeking treatment elsewhere. I feel like the response to the negative comments on here are combative rather than taking the feedback and using them constructively. Because of these negative experiences at the dentist I don’t book regular appointments. Hopefully I’ll find one that treats clients as they should be and can make me feel more positive about seeing the dentist. I hope this goes some way to helping this practice address some of its issues. It could be lovely given a different approach to customer service. Hygienist and receptionists have always been very nice to me

After a recommendation I contacted Dr O'Connor regarding Dental Implants. The service was excellent, the treatment was painless and it has made me feel like a new person. No more dentures! In fact, I was that happy I have stayed with the practice as an nhs patient

Took my mother for an urgent appointment at the practice today and found the whole team to be polite, friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed by Dr Hanna & his nurse, who treated my mother very well and made her feel very comfortable from diagnosis to treatment. Would highly recommend to those seeking treatment in the area. Thank you for your help!

Just have to say after reading bad stuff about Dr Ho, I thought he was awesome and my kids loved him. Shame he has left! I've always found the surgery great as he wasn't the only dentist I've seen there, cheers guys

Iv been with this dental practice ever since moving up from essex. I feel all the staff are very professional and recommend to all my family and friends to come to the practice as I am very happy with the level of care I am given.
