My Dad recently spent several weeks in West Park Hospital following a long stay in New Cross with multiple ailments. We couldn't visit him due to Covid but he says he was well looked after and our phone calls with them were always friendly and informative. He continued to receive visits when he was back home, including physio and other check ups. He's also been provided with various equipment to make life easier. My only criticism is that he was sent home at very short notice, giving us little time to prepare for it. Having said that, he's doing well at home, especially considering his age and what he's been through. The people who have been out to him have all been great too. He's now discharged with an ongoing care plan and I feel both lucky and glad he's still with us. Thankyou.
