West Harrow Garage london

I could give ZERO rating to this garage, unfortunately google don't have this rating. I trusted this guys few times but no change in their quality of service, especially the big guy who deals all the customer service.This guys didn't even put full engine oil in my car as part of full service but they said sorry and refunded full amount for that service for their mistake anyway(i have evidence).That's why i trusted them went again but same bad experience today . The guy who sits in reception confirmed that all service done including setting up next service date in meter and stamp in service book but all are lies and he was rude when i questioned him.I know this garage owners are nice people but this garage gets bad name because of their employees rude behavior with customers. I never visit this garage again as i already had enough bad experience with them.

Profesional staff, they are really helpful, efficient and really quick to carry out the repair! Difficult to find a reliable garage but West Harrow Garage seems like one!

Thank you to Dev, Yatish and Russ who are always so professional, polite and helpful. Recently have had constant issues with my car and each time I call the garage the team persevere and deal with it quickly, swiftly and with ease, so I am 'without my car' for the minimum time possible. I trust this garage as they always try and explain things to me, and the options available. I always use them for emergencies! Thanks guys, I appreciate the customer service, the expertise, and your trying to make the customers life as easy as possible.

Very friendly informative and helpful staff. A garage that is decently priced that also offers a proffessional A* service. Been to other garages that wanted to charge me a fortune for a fix but West Harrow garage done the job for me at a fraction of the price. Was very impressed overall.

Nipped into today on a whim to see if they could sort a cosmetic issue. Despite it being late in the afternoon and no booking, Minesh was attentive and came out to see what the issue was. He swiftly took it into the repair area and fixed it within 10 mins. He did this free of charge and I was so surprised at his efficiency and professionalism, I will definitely be using this centre again! Thank you very much !!

THESE GUYS NEED TO BE RECOGNISED! Honest, professional and great value. This is the second time I've brought my car here after being quoted for works by Kwik Fit. Both times I've been told a completely different story and quoted at a fraction of the price. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
