Was in this post office yesterday your staff member Oliver helped me pick out some cards and showed off some really amazing products! I wasn’t aware of Penny Black before as I’m not a Glasgow local but he informed me you had a website, which I’ll now be using regularly! Absolutely amazing customer service thanks again Oliver for helping me track down the perfect card and giving me a great laugh!! Lol xx

I use this post office about 1-3 times a week. I always come prepared, no problem with the staffs. But agree with other reviews, they could have been more helpful and friendly. I can imagine how I will be treated if I didn't come in with well packed parcel.

I was in this store today with my daughter and was completely blown away with the above and beyond level of customer service given from Oliver. He took time to discuss my daughters 5th birthday with her and made her feel extra special! She absolutely adored it. Whole way home in the car she was asking when she could go back to the post office to speak to the “nice man”

It was a quite busy establishing with a post office within. My visit was a short package postage experience. The service wait was brief and outgoing. I most say it's a nice trendy store with a built-in post office. As local I also seem to forget about the post office within.
