Called up to arrange a minor procedure, was told to come straight in for an appointment at 15:20, didn’t get seen by a GP til past 16:00. GP told me that they don’t perform minor procedures at the practice... great. Thanks.

Nice and modern practice with friendly people at the reception. Unfortunately this place is very busy, so it is hard to get an appointment which is not more than 3 weeks from now, but the open clinic works just fine if you don’t mind start queuing before 8am. I wish they would have an online appointment system.

Always lovely ladies at the reception. Fantastic doctors, midwives and nurses. So friendly and caring. I can't praise them enough. They all have been so good and kind to myself and my family. Yes sometimes is hard to get an apoitment but some people don't get how busy it can be and they have no understanding at all. Thank you all for looking after us over the last 3 years, so sad we have to change due relocating. You've been great to us.

Pope told me days ago to continue with a normal diet and have a few drinks as I like even with a high chelostorial than Dr Bernie said change your diet and cut down your drinking days latter. Which I'd already asked her about . Very unprofessional for GP's to be giving two different answers might as well get diagnosed in a pub . The practice manger is a nasty piece of work. The senior partner is incompetent uncaring and contradicts his own prognosis writes sick notes than won't offer support for that when third party institutions don't respect it , in spite of reasoning and context. Which he won't even discuss . Same with Bernie a younger DR lacking in life experience and empathy outside her own middle class bubbble. GR are a utter disgrace hiding honest and real reviews about this practice.

The receptionist was terribly rude, impolite, raised her voice and suggested to use private doctor only because I asked for a simple blood test as I am anemic. Awful service!

Great doctors, abysmal reception. I understand that covid-19 will have caused some issues in booking medical appointments within the first few months, but we are now well over a year into this pandemic and I am shocked at the appointment booking process. Same day telephone appointments can only be made at 8.30am, but when you call the telephone system announces they have already been allocated even if you call at 8.30am on the dot. More shockingly, there's no way to book an appointment more than 1 week in advance. You must call at 10am each day for the chance to get an appointment exactly one week in advance. If you miss the 10am deadline, you have to wait 24hrs for your next chance. If there are even appointments available. Receptionists are curt, borderline rude to you when you challenge them on this. I am a patient requesting access to a system I pay for through my NI and there is no need for this form of gatekeeping over patient appointments. I am sure I am not alone in feeling frustrated and angry and I wonder how many patient lives are being put at risk because appointments can only be made at a time that's convenient to the reception team, and not the patient. How many patients might just give up trying to book, and there for vital diagnosis are missed?
