West 4 Gym london

I would recommend West 4 Gym to anyone – it’s a unique space with all the equipment I need. Sam & Paul, the PTs and other members create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere and it is a pleasure to train there.

West4 is a great independent gym and I have no hesitation in recommending it. The gym is really friendly and equipment is well maintained. The owners Sam and Paul are always down in the gym and always willing to chat, listen and offer support. Over the years I have been a member of lots of gyms and West4 is a real gem.

Fantastic gym. Plenty of equipment, always changing. Love the peg board especially! Never too busy to exercise in and plenty of friendly trainers who offer great advice and classes. I’d recommend to all but body builders, and even then I’m sure they’d find something to do there.

By far the best gym in Chiswick and West London! Super friendly and supportive staff, quality machines/equipment and lovely shower/changing area. I'll definitely miss this as my local gym of 3 years. If you are considering joining I can only highly recommend it!
