High quality, well kept furniture for cheap. Friendly staff who were willing to help me move the furniture I had purchased. They do charge extra for delivery but even then it works out way cheaper to buy furniture here than any other places I've encountered.

A class wee second have furniture store which has some absolute bargains to be found. They also offer a very affordable delivery service. My only gripe is that their opening hours make it slightly difficult to visit if you have a full-time 9 - 5 job.

Probably the best prices in Manchester for second hand furniture. Staff are helpful, delivery is available and their stuff is generally in excellent condition (unlike some of the other second hand stores here). Most of their stuff is medium-quality, with some lower-quality Ikea-type items, but there are always gems hiding in the textiles & homeware section. There is some higher-end furniture there too, but it must go fast -- it's usually marked 'sold' by the time we see it. Delivery is cheap: we paid £6 to have several large items brought to us. You could honestly furnish a flat with one trip to Wesley, which is pretty much what we did last time we moved -- curtains and all.
