Wenzel’s the Bakers london

Burnt bacon and long queue, 3 members of staff and only one serving and they made me wait 5 minutes for a coffee and then told me it was broken. In rush hour morning, I feel this store is going downhill. Poor service.

Excellent bread especially sourdough and rye bread and great choice of very tasty filled rolls sandwiches

Standard. Nothing special. Better to go to a mum and dad bakery and try something different.

It's good for a quick bite. Wide selection of baguettes and freshly baked pasties and the like.

Is my regular branch . is very good service, specially the guy name is VICTOR. He is very good warm well coming, nice smile and try to help to customers. The way he deal with customers is very nice and very helpful. I hope all the branches staffs should be like him. i hope , in future he will be in good position. JAY

Hello i am a big fan of Wenzel and since Rayners Lane branch is the closest to me, I do visit frequently, i love the french bread first thing in the morning. i have to say the product is very good but the staff are awful and in particular ( I did not get her name but she worked yesterday morning around 10.00 am) a youngiiisshh lady who when asked if there are anymore french bread, she replied with rudeness and very abrupt. all she had to say was I am sorry sir and if you come back later, we can have some for you but instead she raised her voice and with no manners said we don't have any and will not do any for you, it was embarrassing in front of other customers. they have lost me as a customer.

Great service and great prices too

Excellent range of sandwiches, freshly made daily. The bread, and other baked delights are excellent too.
