Today was extremely disappointing, the day after New year's! The lady serving me; slim black hair European had no other customers and thought it was acceptable to serve me cold bacon with So much excess fat and a crusty roll with ketchup instead of a soft roll with brown sauce! I've never had to check my food when ordering but today I've realized I should! They should do more quality checks, becuase I will never be attending this baker in South harrow again!

Ordered from uber eats a marbel loaf, was given a lemon loaf. Contacted the shop and was told by the manager on duty that's all they had in stock. I'm allergic to lemons this is ridiculous!

Went there to get a loaf of bread. I choose which bread I liked and I asked them to slice it. The woman with glasses on went in the back. Soon she came back and handing over the bread. Unfortunately I found out at home it wasn't the same bread. Felt just uncomfortable in the store. Pretty sure I will not going back.
