I can’t believe how bad it is, this place deserves less then 1 star... and I’m sure it might win competition for the worst post office in UK. People working there don't give a damn about anything and they want you to see and feel that you are nothing for them. The guy who was serving me there was throwing my letters like trash, had no clue how to print and stick stamps and was blaming printer. Other lady was sitting on her phone playing game and talking to this guy in their language. Half of the letters I sent never got to the recipient and Im pretty sure they are still lying somewhere in this mess where he throw them. Im soooo upset I chose this place. Please avoid!

I'd give less than that if I could. Really really rude people are working here. They would speak their own language while serving a customer. I am not English and I don't speak in my language in front of customers in the shop where I work. Came here at 8.30 to find out that they open at 9. When I said that on their site it says 8.30 I've heard the site is wrong. This is the last time I'm in this branch.

Some, not all, staff members are really miserable and should not be in customer facing roles. Shame the Post Office has such low standards. Don't bother being polite, they won't be!

I have been going to this post office for years and was never been greeted with a smile! Always grumpy, always rude. If you don't like your job then quit I am sure there is someone out there who would love to do this job. Today I went there again, I was taking pictures of the letters I wanted to post while walking so I don't forget what I posted. As I was walking, all of a sudden a staff member standing at the desk on the side said "Can I help?" and I said "oh, one second please" as I put my phone in my pocket. Then with a rude manner and while imitating me, he said something along the lines of "Looking at your phone, something more interesting on there?" I was so surprised and he repeated himself and I started to walk away and he said "you don't want my help?' I said no thank you then his reply was "suit yourself" ! What the hell is wrong with these people? Then I went to the cashier, the lady there with an extremely unwelcoming face expression, no hello whatsoever, doesn't listen to what you are saying so you have to repeat yourself. They never talk to you, they never explain anything, most of the time, they chat to each other while people are waiting in to queue. I am guessing they don't have a manager so they are behaving as they please!

I went here earlier to post a parcel . It was around lunchtime say just before 12 noon and the queue was too busy so came back later after lunch . Still at about 1.30 pm about I think still long queue but not as bad as before when checked earlier. The queue was ok I guess moved bit quicker than I expected but still bit of a wait . They only had 2 counters open out of 4 what I think is bad as if busy they should open all. Soon they opened another counter so was not that bad 3 out of 4 counters open. Finally I got served by one of the guys at the counter and did not take that long to get served as already had done the postage label online . Got receipt and left.

Worst post office ever. Unfortunately ive had to go there many times as it is the closest. I get to the point that i rather sit in a car and travel to any other one. There is a lovely lady who is usually sitting on the left, she is very nice, polite. But... the older staff, especially an old men, they are a joke. Not only extremely slow (just as in the "sloth scene" in zootropolis movie) but very rude, and clearly hate serving customers and hate particular people (whoever is not speaking their language, -mean it) Avoid, dont put money into their pockets they should really shut down.

I used this branch last week for my snack business and the lady that served me was lovely. So I decided to use them again this week but this other lady was so rude. I understand these are weird times but it's no excuse to ignore people when they're talking to you. I saw her throwing my packages as I slid them through and asked her if it would make sense to put on a fragile label ( so that the snacks wouldn't arrive all broken to my customers) and she said there's no point it's food. Then I had to go back as she gave me the wrong class on one and proceeded to say does it make a difference. Really? Guess I'll try another place out. Its a shame because the other lady was really really nice and helpful.
