I have been a patient of the practice for many years. Each time I call or visit the practice, I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff. This morning I called and spoke with Neil. He was patient and courteous throughout our conversation and went the 'extra mile' to ensure that my queries were dealt with. Again, I was impressed with his professionalism. If I had to rate the call with him, he would easily get a 10 gold star!

The centre may be good but one of the nurses they employ lacks any nursing qualities and should not be working as a nurse. Ana Rosa Javad , she should most definitely not be in this profession. My mother needed her dressing changed following surgery a few days back. It was a complicated surgery and the pain is quite excruciating. She was scared about changing the dressing, that it may hurt when she is already hurting. We, as a family encouraged her, this is England, nurses are well educated, calm and patient. This nurse was anything but. The emotional and physical damage done to my mother is great and cannot be undone.

Not a walk in centre, must book an appointment beforehand! They instructed me to book through 111 or GP but upon calling 111 I was informed that they can’t book an appointment for me & if it’s the weekend then GP is not an option either so essentially useless.

This was a really stressful and disappointing experience . I called my gp centre and they booked me for an appointment with Wembley care and health centre. I was on my way there, it happen that I found myself in stuck traffic where I got out and took a taxi instead to arrive at least only few min late. I phoned the number on the website and they were rude and told me that I have mistaken a place .I tried to explain that I had message in my phone confirming the location but they did not help me out, so I was late of 10min and they did not see me. Waste of time and money. Issues with receptionist and communication, different numbers to call that are not online

I had a physiotherapy appointment here today it was great. It was very empty inside the building and it was easy to get around because there are signs inside (like a lot of health places). The physiotherapist and the other staff were very kind.

Went there for DMC dermatologists. They’re a rip-off. The dermatologist didn’t even take a look at my condition. He was interested in finishing the appointment as soon as possible. He did not ask any questions and prescribed a medicine straight away. It’s a rip-off. The whole appointment must’ve lasted for a minute or something. I’m definitely logging an official complaint about this wherever I need to do so. A waste of time and money to visit them.

My 16-year-old daughter has a needle phobia and the staff here were so patient and FABULOUS! Nurse Manisha and Dr Rabbani were so patient, experienced, professional. They spent almost 35 minutes with my daughter and got her to a point that she was able to get her COVID vaccine. Thank you, thank you! We went in without an appointment— walk-in timings in December 2021 are between 2 and 8 pm on Wednesdays. Tip: park for free on road parking bays after 3 pm, rather than the center parking as it’s a charged car park that takes only coins (in 2021!) 🙄

I went to see the dermatologist after I was referred and he didn't even look at my hair. He just recommended rogaine. This was more than a year ago and the problem is still ongoing

Physiothearpy are useless the don't want to work. Give you excersise instead scanning for your shoulder injury. They like to mess you around alot and also they give you the wrong area of your body. Also Issac one of the physio thearpy has let me down too much I am getting sick of it. Also he discharged me for no reason.

Went for an diabetic eye screening and the doctor was absolutely horrible. Whilst she may be a expert in her field of work she seems illiterate when it comes to customer care! When we asked for help first name for complaint purposes, she refused to give us her name and abruptly shut the door. Absolutely poor service and a shameful behaviour to NHS that we are all trying to protect!
