Very helpful and understanding

It's been a challenging couple of months for this pharmacy, and now I realise how hard the ladies work there to give a effective service. I went there last week and one particular lady was very very helpful and she was there all by herself and I needed my medication and the lady gave me mine, as a script didn't come from the doctors. I am much appreciated about this. Customers do need to give them slack. Well done 👍, let's make sure the pharmacy stays like this . Pleasure to have come here today. Thank you.

My mother walked down to the chemist at great effort, being disabled, waited in a queue for half an hour behind 12 other people. A member of staff then came out and abruptly informed everyone that there would be no more prescriptions issued for another hour. My mother was then left without an important part of her medication. Appalling customer service!

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received while waiting for a prescription to be made up, the ladies who work there laughing and joking while I was waiting. One lady behind the counter wall took off her mask and carried on talking to the other employees walked pass me without her mask on and went outside and than came back in passed me again without her mask went behind the counter to show the other employees something on her phone , all having a lovely time while I was still waiting she than walked passed me again without her mask on and left the chemist. I couldn't believe it they are supposed to be health professionals
