Well Portslade – Mile Oak MC brighton

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY....I have used this chalky road pharmacy on and off for many years Only because of no other pharmacy near by. Only as a last resort .... Most times you have to wait for medications. Up to 15-20 mins, Even when you hand in the prescription the day before. You would sometimes still wait along time....Long queues. Staff not friendly. Top marks for the pharmacists. Over crowed, not many seats to wait. I would not recommended....

They were quick and listened to what I had to say and treated me with respect

Have used this pharmacy since it was constructed. Must be well over ten years ago now?! Staff are very friendly and professional and no problem in getting my meds on time.

The surgery at Mile Oak Medical Centre is first class,lovely staff & no waiting for to see a Doctor

after finally receiving the correct prescription ( this was my doctor's fault not there's) and STILL having to pay for both, I open my prescription to find that it hasn't even been prepared correctly and the components of the medicine haven't even been mixed.... useless

They are very busy at times, but that is not their fault. Always dealt with as fast as they can with courtesy. Also there is an Egyptian Pharmacist who is one of the most beautiful and kindest women I have ever met.

Every time my husband or I use this pharmacy we are ignored by the staff. On my last visit the staff even served the man who was behind me in the queue and then I was told to wait (by the person serving even though she had finished the other person)until a new member of staff came into work, all while the other 5 members of staff in the dispensing area ignored me. I've also found that they won't do anything about our prescriptions until we go in and ask for them. This wouldn't be so bad, but they nearly always have to order the items in and don't do this until we've asked, as our prescriptions are sent automatically by the doctor we have to go in and ask for them to action the script then go back several days later to pick up. Which defeats the point of the GP sending it on.

Gave up using this chemist, as it is so stressful using it, mistakes, waiting times,arguments. Had to use it today as doctor issued it here, hasn't changed still as bad.
