I am applaued with this pharmacy. They refused to dispense my mentally disabled sons repeat prescription after verbally assuring me that it would be ready to collect. The pharmacist didn't care that my son had no medication for the entire weekend. His actions caused serious damage to my son's mental health and resulted in us seeking emergency services. My son is at high risk of suicide and your pharmacist put my son life in serious danger! I will not be using your services ever again.

This pharmacy never answers its phone, meaning that even to enquire whether a prescription is ready requires a walk or drive up there. Don't bother with this outfit and stick to Boots, is my advice.

Asked to show the pharmacist a bite on my leg. Very off hand and dismissive. He didn't even speak to me. He just barked what was required to the lady serving. She was obviously embarrassed by his attitude, whereas hers was polite and helpful. To the Pharmacy profession ... Please don't encourage people to speak to a pharmacist if that's the best you can do. I'll simply go to my doctor next time.

Rarely do i write a negative review but the Pharmacist here refused to issue a prescription for my Daughter who was in pain with an ear ache,he said he couldnt read that the year was 2018 due to a SLIGHT printer smudge, said it could be 2010 on there but she wasn't even BORN until 2012!he was happy to watch her stand whincing with pain and made a fool of me in front of a queue of people as if i had tried to commit a fraud.Absoloutely DISGUSTING behaviour. He sat smirking at me throughout my wait as he made me go ring the 111 service i had received the prescription through to reissue it but i gave up waiting as my Daughter was in pain and we then went to Boots who issued it without question, staff there couldnt believe a so called professional would withhold a prescription for a simple ear spray that would reduce the pain for a CHILD.So Avoid Avoid Avoid! What a vile jobsworth nasty piece of work, this guy was an embarrassment to his proffession. We only went as it was a Sunday so had little choice near me and I will NEVER go there again.

We had our flu jabs done here. Painless none waiting process for the second year running. Takes the pressure of our busy GP surgery. A good and knowledgable pharmacist.

Pharmacy messed up order for urgent meds, then said their policy wouldn't permit them to resolve, leaving us in an awful situation. More time taken up by hospital staff and GPs to sort out, plus a huge amount of stress for us. GP and hospital staff were left in disbelief of pharmacies response. AVOID.

Absolute joke. They were advised my elderly and vulnerable 89 year old client was shielding so all medication would be picked up by myself, and was told her record had been amended from delivery to collection. I ordered some medication for client only for it to be delivered but the person delivering it to walk straight into the flat and leave it on the table. Rang the pharmacy and spoke to 'manager', who advised it had not been changed to collection. There is even a clear instruction note on her door advising carers only to enter and must be wearing full PPE. So much for customer service, breaching shielding regulations and invading my clients flat and privacy. They should be ashamed of themselves. Lets hope the person delivering is safe from the virus.
