Well Cambridge – Mill Road cambridge

Have nothing to say but good things about this lovely pharmacy, really clean and welcoming, the newly added WiFi really helps for those times you are waiting on the Dr to send your prescription. The staff are so lovely and friendly & the regular Pharmacist is so kind and helpful & makes the most awkward/annoying visit pure bliss. The one perk on being on my medication is seeing these lovely people every month.

If it ain't broke don't fix it... Coop was refurbished a year or so ago and it was a real improvement, so why do it again. The simple answer is to put self service counters in the shop and sack the staff. Not good not needed not cooperative. What used to be a fine shop has become a bigger sell out than the Tesco's next door and that is really saying something.

The pharmacist and staff were extremely helpful and kind. Like other reviewers I regret that the Co-Op Pharmacy was shut down, but my experience with the Well staff was very good.

Flu jab - Go elsewhere, don't waste your time! Completely disorganized.

Totally chaotic - claimed that a prescription sent electronically from the GP would take 48 hours to log on their system (I called the GP who suggested that I ask them to refresh, and it magically appeared), and then only dispensing half the course of medicine which had been prescribed. Literally the only thing it has going for it is its convenient location

Cancelled my flu Jab one day before despite scheduling way in advance. Avoid...

Shocked today to see the Pharmacist doing the prescriptions was not wearing a mask - very unprofessional . The other staff did have masks.

Really horrible customer service, which is a shame because the previous lot were so lovely. Will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible.
