In our view these guys should be out of business - we feel conned. We had a simply horrible experience. Pushy sales people poor service and very very bad workmanship. They recognised that they were very much in the wrong and gave us a discount. However, after this they then went on to: send the wrong tradesmen out to the job on the wrong dates and delclare the unfinished job, finished because we got a discount! Our advice: AVOID THIS COMPANY

Keeps calling me from different numbers, I am not interested at all but calls me at least three times a day anyway. Literally the most irritating company on the planet. Don't even know how they got my number as I have never used the company and had never even heard of it before they started calling me everyday. HARASSING.

Only giving 1 star as can't give zero. Shocking service, took 18 months to replace a damaged window that they damaged at installation. Pushy sales people, won't take no for answer. Bombarded with phone calls to carry out more work. Wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy. They refuse to deal with a complaint as they now say it's a different company after they went bust lasthe year.

Pushed my elderly parents into signing a contract on the basis they could cancel after I had told the salesperson by telephone to leave the home as they do not control their own finances. Currently still trying to get a refund of a £199 admin charge they had unwittingly signed for and taken from their bank account with a different supplier name (zenith). STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
