Used in desperation. but if you can wait and sell privately then do that. Or this company will offer something and then will take money off you for everything & I mean everything but even after they charge you for this that & the other which you need a magnifying glass to see. They won't fix it but will charge you or should I say take the money from what they first offered you and rip you off.

very bad experience got oppintment at 12 and waited outside 1and half hour due to lack of staff and technical problem. They quoted me online for my car when I went there they offered me very less price even less then a scrap value of the car waste of time don't recomend to anyone ..

What a waste of time. Took a car down there and after waiting around as he was behind he then tries to knock 50% off of the internet offer because its wasn't a Grade 1 car. Not sure how many perfect condition 15 year old cars they get down there. Not even an apology, just a comment to say im free to go elsewhere.

What an easy process, would recommend webuyanycar for sure. Pretty much hassle free. Don't bother dealing with dodgy car dealers when trying to trade your old car in

This place frustratingly isn't here anymore even though it has opening hours on google. Their head office also doesn't know it exits!! ....Update...... this has now moved to Oxford City Football Club car park. Declan, the manager, was very friendly and efficient. Good all round experience.

Be aware! Unlike almost any person who sell their car who would ask, please don’t suggest that you need more than the website quoted. You might like me be rudely and in a challenging manner confronted with questions like “Why did you come here today? “. Utterly Shocking, if you compare the civil way of saying the same thing “ unfortunately we are unable to offer more than the websites valuation” I immediately got in my car and quickly drove away back to civility

Really great service. We could have got a bit more with private sale but for convenience I cannot fault this. We booked the appt for the next day and had the money in our accoutn within 30 minutes of the appointment. Declan was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and efficient service. The only issue was they probably took off a bit too much for the stone chips on my vehicle. Got close to the price I expected for my vehicle so I accepted the offer in the end. I would consider using again in the future.
