I had really hurt my lower back and had muscle pain and tightness in my neck and shoulders. I had an hours massage and feel so much better. The massage relieved the pain, I felt so relaxed after that I went home and had a deep sleep. The massage was hard enough to really deal with the problem but without it being unbearable. Just the right balance of pressure needed. This is not my first time to visit. I have been returning to Wayne Massage regularly for years. I’ve never had a bad massage. Highly recommend.
