All in all a good experience although there were a few teething problems regarding finance on handover, it was dealt with, as there had been a miscommunication regarding amounts being put on a card.
Only thing on my arrival, was that lots of people were stood around talking. I was attended to after a couple of minutes and then offered a drink as I had driven 2 hours to collect our new car.
The site was clean and tidy with great scandi seating areas.
Our new car is fantastic and as described and we love it, the only downside is that it had no screen wash in the bottle which I thought was an MOT failure?, very little ad blue which I thought would have been topped up and the glove box hadn't been cleaned out of food crumbs but I hadn't noticed this until I got home.
Rob Childs was good to deal with, knowledgeable and not pushy. He also offered us fuel to get us back home which was very generous.
Rob dealt with the handover really well, explained clearly about the features of the new car so 10/10 for him.
Hopefully the promise of a gift in the post arrives.
