The car was not cleaned well at all, staff were rude and unprofessional when i pointed out all at the parts not cleaned properly, including the windows. Will not be using them again.

Washed the car perfectly and even placed my groceries in the car for me.

I had my car washed here today. I told the guy I want a silver service (wash and vacuum inside). He told me that it's not a good option and I should go for the Gold. My car was quite clean inside so I told him I only want the silver. When I collected the car again he charged me more. I asked him why the price is now more? He told me because it's a Large car. I drive an Audi TT... I told him that between their three options of small, medium and Large my car is most certainly not a large car. He insisted it is. After an argument with me and me pointing out a few large cars in the parking lot he eventually refunded me the difference. I then had to get him back because they haven't even vacuumed the whole car that I paid for. When I take my car in for a wash I expect to pay for the service that I request from their pricelist and for the size car that I have. I felt that the guy was trying to rip my off. I will never go back to this car wash again. Waves Car wash use to be very good, but I find that their service became sloppy and they are trying to over charge customers. Time to look for a new car wash.
