Very good, fast and friendly service at a good price, couldn't be happier, my car looks new! They even managed to remove all my dog's fur from the seats/floor!

Disastrous service. I popped in today and asked for a £30 valet. The man really pressure sold me into getting spending £60 getting the seats shampooed. I reluctantly agreed. When we returned I paid £60 and at no point did he inform me the seats were saturated. We got in the car and instantly the whole back of our clothes became soaking. We were on our way for Sunday lunch too. So we had to sit on our coats then go into the restaurant with wet clothes. When we came out, the car was completely steamed up so we had to wait with the heaters on and windows open to dehumidify the car. Then. To add insult to injury, I opened the boot and it was untouched. I never knew it was possible to have such a bad experience getting your car washed. Never again.

I have used this car wash several times and until yesterday always been very happy with service , how ever yesterday the normal guy who is their wasn't so maybe doen to this but the service i got yesterday was awful , i ended up completing the valet when i got home , i be careful if thinking of using this place

Used them today for the first time. I have a black car so it's important that no streaks are left on the paintwork as it dries cos they'd stand out by a mile. Overall very impressed with the Gold service option that I chose. Honestly can't find a fault with the work done. The guy who I dealt with was very courteous and professional. Reckon I'll be going there again in the near future, waaaaay better than those random hand carwashers .
