Extremely happy with the service I received from Wavertree Car Centre. Every person I’ve spoke to (Sales on the phone, Customer Services and the forecourt staff) were all honest, informative and courteous. I felt comfortable and never under pressure to buy. Its a very professional operation centred around the customer. The office and forecourt were clean and all cars were well presented. I was travelling from the Midlands to Liverpool late on a Sunday and when I arrived the car had been prepared and ready for me to view and test drive. I picked up a BMW 520D in pristine condition at a great price! All the paperwork was there and the car had just been valeted to high standard. Many payment options and the whole process felt honest and easy. I have no hesitation in expressing my satisfaction in this review and would certainly recommend to others.

Also first time using Wavertree as I saw a car I always wanted, contacted over the phone Andy was extremely helpful providing me with information about the car and I then arranged to go and have a look and a drive of the car which I really liked and felt welcomed soon as i arrived, quick and simple buy that day with all information provided before hand, only received one key with the car that day but fast forward a month on they went through the trouble of sending me the spare key for the car they must have found, really excellent service and very appreciative, Big thanks to Andy again couldn't of asked for a better salesman.

Definitely happy to give 5 stars. This was my first time tying to buy a car on my own, and after seeing a few other cars at other dealerships Wavertree were by far the best. Josh was brilliant with me. Not pushy or over baring in anyway, which others had been elsewhere. He allowed me to take my time and ask as many questions as I liked. It was the car buying experience I was hoping for. After care has been great as I had a few minor issues post sale and they were resolved/being resolved without issue. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Plus the car I bought is amazing so far! Thank you to all the Team.
