Modern Welsh dining in a family-run restaurant with a patio backing on to the old town walls.

the restaurant was empty the food and service was of the highest level. Ian Watson is a well respected chef in the area but the night we were there the chef was someone else who had worked with Ian for eight years. He had been taught well.
