Well laid out store with sections clearly indicated. Several tables around the store indicating offers but these rarely include the newest books. The staff are extremely helpful.

Pleasant staff, well laid out store. Plenty of space and an excellent children's section.

One of my favourite places to be, I can spend hours here, getting lost in the tonnes of literature on offer.

Fabulous bookstore with a wide range of books to browse and choose from. Very helpful staff who are customer focused. Well presented store which is a delight to visit.

Great place to pick up your next book. Got myself a hardback edition of Sherlock Holmes which is really great. The only downside is that it can be a bit on the expensive side.

It's a lovely store and the staff are all wonderful, and incredibly attractive.

I can't resist buying at least 1 book every time I go in Waterstones. Very well set out and feels spacious. The staff are always helpful, polite and friendly. They helped my daughter explore different types of books as she doesn't like books too girly or too boyish, any with horror in or factual. The gentleman was able to suggest a variety of books and says he's read them too.

Very well stocked with lots of interesting material, which will appeal to a wide range of tastes. I should say though, I did go in December, 2 weeks before Christmas.

Amazing store! The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful, assisting me find some obscure books that my daughter had her heart set on. They were also able to advise/recommend a book when I was undecided! Such friendliness, helpfulness and kindness will not be forgotten!
