This place is an absolute wonder land. There is something for everyone and you could spend hours perusing the shelves. There's a coffee shop and comfy seating up stairs if you fancy just chilling with you new book. Even though it's on one of the busiest corners of Richmond once you're inside there is definitely a calm atmosphere. The staff are like walking catalogues and what they can't pull off the shelves they'll look into ordering for you. Thanks for bringing a bit of magic to the high street.

Probably one of the best laid out Waterstones I've been to. Especially the children's area. Friendly staff in the cafe. What I liked was that you could pray for purchases in the cafe, along with your beverages. Brilliant.

Loads of good books, places to sit, read and a take a cup of coffee. Great place to relax! Love it

Good shop, prime location and provided exactly what I wanted. I needed ordnance survey maps and they have a comprehensive section on the top floor. Marked down by one star as prices were not clear, at the shelves, and no member of staff on either upper floor at the time. All solved at the ground floor. As a bonus, Waterstones have a nice cafe which makes the visit even more interesting.

Still a quality bookshop with helpful approachable and knowledgeable staff. A go to place for an extensive range of books and a decent coffee shop too

One of the smaller Waterstones. Selection not that great across the board (except, for some reason, history). Also, store used to be nicer when they had easy chairs by the windows where you could sit and read. I know, covid and all, but this is silly.

Love Waterstones. They're everything bookshops should be, especially if you are a teacher student trainee looking for good books on teaching.

A true gem of a store for book lovers of all ages. The staff were very helpful. The store is double storey and has a treasure trove of books. Preferably the location could have been somewhere else rather than at the crossroads.
