Wonderful range of books, over three floors. All tastes and interests are catered for. The shop has a lovely coffee shop so you can sit and decide what to buy or peruse your latest purchase, or simply wait to meet up with friends; or take a break before you continue shopping.

Great vibe in here. All the sections are immaculate, well organised and beautifully decorated. My dream is to spend a child-free day in one of the super comfy chairs in one of their cosy nooks, making the most of the plethora of books, genres and authors and to make the cafe a pretty profit! The children's section is just amazing, from the decor, playhouse, comfy sofas to the wonderful texts available. My son loved the science section and I purchased some Women in History books for my baby daughter's room. Please go and get involved!

Excellent book shop. As always this company has a massive range. What's so special about Liverpool's store is that they sell board games too.

Love it here... could spend hours browsing.. you can keep your e-readers nothing can beat an actual page turning book and I know it sounds crazy but the smell of a new book... its nice and relaxing here in the coffee shop too..I sometimes pop in for a coffee and snack during my break from work. Staff are all so lovely, helpful and always smiling.. but who wouldn't be amongst all those books .. vast & amazing selection.

The relaxing music, smell of books and presence of higher beings will surely stop you from wanting to blow your brains out over the streets of Liverpool One. Staff are friendly and willing to help despite being paid national minimum wage. Unfortunately, their knowledge of products and helpfulness deserves more than their current hourly rate. The cafe has good coffee, when it's open. They gave me a free biscuit once.
