I like the fact that the books are pretty much organized. Sometimes if you can't find something the staff are helpful, and they move quick. You have areas for rest and just go through the pages of a book or have a coffee and a quick bite. I just love this library.

Every waterstones I have been to the customer service is next to none other always taking the time to help me find a specific book or giving me great recommendations. The staff at the cafes are so friendly and provide great coffee and amazing food! Love the atmosphere in the place!

Really relaxed shop, you can spend hours here. Plenty of seating areas and a good wee cafe. A brilliant selection of books spread over three floors. Love visiting here with my daughter whenever we're in Glasgow.

Great book shop. Used it all my life! Had decent deals and books in the buy one get one half price ans staff were helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find a book that wasn't on the shelf. Till service is slow but has always been the case in this particular Glasgow Branch.

I had earlier wrote a negative review about Waterstones as there were glaring omissions from their stock but I guess for the purposes of finding a gift they do this quite well. In fact they even sell some non book gifts like board games. I guess if you're looking for a specific book or on a specific topic probably still online retailers do better but if you're just looking for a read to pass away the hours this will work well

Hated the coffee shop. I got a table for myself - there were MANY still available - and started reading a book. I was meaning to get a coffee soon, but the clerk just came to my table and said I could only stay if I buy something. There were more than 10 tables available so I wasn't stealing seats for anyone. I was going to buy something to drink but after that I just got up and left, never to return. The bookstore is good, albeit a little bit small.

It's a book shop, it has lots of books. Buy one get one half price is always a temptation for me. Cafe is nice and relaxing. We'll worth a visit if you are in the city centre, a haven of peace and quiet.
