Very poor customer service. I bought 3 watches when i was visiting uk. Transferred the money from back home from business account which the rep was fully aware of and was happy with. Later they said that the management want money coming from personal account. Took 3 weeks after several calls and email to get refund. Agreed once money transferred from Personal account watches will be released. As soon as i got refund i rang to transfer the money from personal account but guess what they sold the watches to someone else. Kept saying they will get more soon for me which never happened and start ignoring me. Absolutely awful service. Would not recommend anyone to buy from these unprofessional business.

Only went in today to get links taken out of the Cartier I bought my fiance. We were dealt with by Ross Thomson the friendliest most professional viking looking Scotsman in a steady three piece suit. As soon as we told him we were celebrating my fiances birthday he came back while we were waiting with two glasses of fizz. A true gentleman he made us feel welcome most of all! Thanks Ross

Looks good but... What a rip off!! I called in to see if they could replace the battery on my watch - they said yes but would cost £120 !!! So I sent it to the manufacturers service centre and only cost £35 with special delivery return.

I was welcomed by a very charming gentleman who was very smart and polite.The staff were attentive and helpful and I was offered a drink and my problem was dealt with efficiently!

Ask for Ross!!. Expert advice and service. Simply could not be bettered.

Such a beautiful place and a team who know their watches. They are engaging, knowledgeable and want to make sure their clients are happy with their purchase. A truly wonderful experience. I will be visiting again.

Called the store to register my interest for an Omega watch. I was told I had to pay a deposit while waiting for it. I said it was all fine and gave my contact details, expecting to hear back afterwards. After not hearing anything back from the store, I contacted Ernest & Jones in Manchester instead. They were more than happy to assist and seemed genuinely interested in my collection, while giving me some great tips and inspiration along the way (without paying a deposit!). I am however disappointed by the neglect by WoS, since I've been buying my watches from them for many years. Sadly, the customer service varies widely from store to store.

Can't really say much about customer service as I wasn't even allowed in the store. I came from Stoke on Trent which is about 50 miles away on a Sunday to try on some watches before buying them but was turned away at the front door saying we are too busy at the moment when you could see only one customer in the whole store maybe if I was wearing my suit they would have been more inviting. I guess that's one less shop to check when buying my next watches.

For walking in to the store to leaving the purchasing experience was fantastic! Chris & Jamie along with Ross went above and beyond to ensure that we left very happy and with an excellent time piece. A massive thanks, especially to Chris, for their time and knowledge !
