I had a mental brace fitted at this orthodontist and am extremely happy with the results. The whole team were brilliant - very friendly and made me feel very much at ease. Appointments were all on time and easily changed when I needed. Their after care is also great. Would highly recommend going to this orthodontist.

I had invisalign for a big birthday. All of the Team here are fantastic. Able to work treatment around some big events I had in the calendar. Everyone was very kind, professional and accommodating. Most of all I LOVE my straight teeth. Thank you so much.

Really dishonourable surgery, overcharged my mums treatment and misplaced her payments (over £500) to then turn around and ask for an extra £280 ontop of the £ she had already overpaid! Luckily i had the time on my maternity to review all invoices and paid appointments to find this out or they would of been Highly overpaid! After arguing this over and over we had received the revised sum stating it was correct i then argued yet again as they had already admitted in the original email that the treatment was the amount we had paid and the rest was then to be owed to us! After arguing somemore and being intouch with the financial ombudsman i was advised it was correct and to seek compensation for this before they can take it over themselves they need me to try by writting in for it, which i have now done only to be asked for a written letter from my mum to give them permission, which i replied to say the dpa states we can now give authority by call as all calls are monitored and recorded luckily this day in age so a call should suffice, the lady at the practice (Dianne) had already been speaking to me via emails and calls... baring in mind prior to asking for this consent letter, so it seems irrelevant to ask now doesnt it? Little bit strange... Lets see how we go with this, will never understand how a practice can get someones money misplaced then have the cheek to start asking for more, without revising the amounts prior? What about the elderly or patients with dementia...wonder how many more of their clients have been unfortunate enough to have been so sneakily overcharged? Hopefully we get some compensation and we can forgive and forget this but i dont think its right and my poor mum has been left upset over this having to drag me to help her as id paid her treatment! Will write an update on the outcome shortly!

I got my braces off today after 21 months of having them and it was so easy you would get seen on time and everyone is so helpful

Highly recommended, I had my brace on for 2 years often needing to go in between appointments for things to be fixed and they couldn’t have been more helpful. After having the brace my teeth are really straight and Can see a huge improvement thanks for all your help guys :)

Highly recommend Richard and his team at Wallasey Orthodontics. The whole experience of communication with the team was very positive; from booking an appointment, getting scans completed and meeting to discuss orthodontic/dental support for my 9 year old daughter - the entire approach was excellent. I am so delighted with the results of my aligner treatment. All the staff at Wallasey Orthodontics have been ever so friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable.
