Just recently we had a tiled roof conservatory installed by Walkers Windows. Firstly we had out one of their designers keith. He gave us lots of confidence, has he picked up on a couple of issues the other companies didn't pick up on. He gave us some more idea's to which we liked better. We then called down to their showroom, we were very impressed with all the products on show. We ordered the tiled roof conservatory, it went like a dream. We absolutely love it. Excellent service from beginning to end. We had our old conservatory taken down to window sill level and a new frame and superlite roof fitted. Delighted with the quality of the products - it's made a huge difference re noise, heat, and appearance. All staff were friendly and professional and worked very conscientiously to get the work done. Walkers have just completed fitting a new front door at my mother's home, plus erecting a canopy over the door and removing the single step to the outside and replacing it with 3 steps. The fitting and building work was done by Steve, working alone, and completed by him to a very high standard. There was also some alteration done to the area just inside the door which was to make the entrance more level and reduce the height of the step on the inside. The end result has been to greatly enhance the look of the entrance area of her home but, more importantly, has made access in and out of her home much easier for her. Following a hip replacement a few years ago she had been finding access increasingly problematic. The work we wanted done was planned to radically improve things for her, and the end result has achieved just that. We are very pleased with results. Thanks must go to Steve, and also Diane who came to advise and do the order.

Can i just say its wonderful to see a company that care about their customers. Having left a message Sunday afternoon. I received a phone call at 08.30 the following morning in response to our front door that would not lock.Within two hours a specialist arrived to not only rectify the problem but check a further door that we had purchased from them years earlier. If only all companies were so responsive. I cannot thank you enough for such terrific after sales service. Please pass on my regards to all concerned.

The Good part - excellent sales man Dave not pushy - knows his stuff and a very friendly nice guy. Patient and gave good advice. Excellent fitters - Sam and Liam did a great job and my doors and windows are perfect. The doors and windows are of excellent quality and fitted superbly. Well done to the fitters who worked their backsides off and grafted to get them done: they did a brilliant job and my doors and windows are fabulous! Bad - poor customer service - hadn’t got booked me in and I had to call to confirm, the job wasn’t even booked in despite me paying deposit months before. I had to then chase and get cross on the phone, they didn’t seem to care I wasn’t booked in and I had to chase to confirm the dates. I wasn’t even sure if they would turn up! Not good when you are spending thousands. This side of their business needs improving.

An outstanding service from start to finish! I can't fault Walker's Windows for their honesty, integrity and quality products which have transformed our home. From the initial consultation, it was clear that this was a company of excellence and I have not been disappointed. I have also been impressed with the standard of fitting, care and attention to detail shown by the team who fitted my windows and door. My home looks great and is so much warmer. Excellent service from Start to Finish. We had multiple quotes for 9x windows / 2x doors from different suppliers and the Walker Windows had the most competitive quote and given lead time out from them all. Brendan who was our sales rep. have truly gone above and beyond to change our quote several times each time we had to make a change on design/colors. Phil the surveyor - arrived on the date we were given, measured all windows/doors precisely and provided the date work will be carried out. Liam & Steve who did all the fitting work arrived at the property at given date & time (both days) and were just amazing. The guys were very friendly, job was finished in timely manner and property left clean & tidy both days before they leave. Georgia (I believe from cust. service) did check after each visit we were pleased with the outcome from surveyor/work carried out. I would highly recommend Walker's Windows to friends & family and will be using them again on our next property. Thank you very much to all involved!

Just one of our doors. Fab price and so helpful. Jay and Callum fit them and we’re so incredibly happy with what we’ve received. Can’t fault any part of the service from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and I have no idea why anyone wouldn’t!!

10/10 for our patio door! We have recently had a new french door fitted with walkers. After having over 10 quotes from other companies we chose to go with walkers mainly because of the price & also the different payment schemes they offer , they don’t just expect the money upfront. The surveyor who came out was able to offer us discount and was very professional in his role! Unfortunately we had to wait a couple of months for the actual fitting appointment but that is the only downside and that I know cannot be helped. The fitters who came out were just amazing! They were friendly from the start , explained each step to me , I have 2 children and they were so conscious of the noise so that they didn’t get upset. They finished the job effectively and efficiently & made sure it was all clean & tidy before leaving. They also showed me how all the door worked and made sure I was happy with everything they had done before they left. I would highly recommend walkers windows to friends & family , our house has now sold and we are looking at a renovation for our next property and we will definitely be ringing walkers again. Excellent service from start to finish. I had composite doors fitted by Walkers windows and will be a returning customer. The sales person was very helpful and took all of my needs into account. The interest free option is handy, quick to set up and easy to access. The installer was very professional tidy and answered any queries I had. Would 10/10 recommend
