Just been to the doctors asking for help about my sinuses iv had problems for over 2 years with them in i asked for a mri scan too see whats making my airways shut down when i lie down they doctor says we can't send you he can say I look depressed do you blame me I'm not getting a wink of sleep man pure disgrace they way they treat you like they are not bothered he said breath through your mouth

Never had any problems here happy friendly staff and great doctors/nurses.

When waiting for a telephone call hoping to get a emergency appointment which I had been told by a nurse practitioner at byker walk-in (molineaux) to do my phone call came after the surgery was closed this was 630pm on Monday night. I thought the surgery was open until 7pm on Mondays?I later went to A+E .

Never had a problem with this practice whether it's a visit or a phone call Dr Binmore is brilliant and as everyone else in the practice really gives you the time you need and listens to what you have to say thank you to you all

I always find this doctors to be amazing. Of course they are busy but so is every doctor. I suffer with psoriasis so normally just book in a quick call with Dr Nabi who reassess what steroid i need and arranges a prescription to be picked up. I honestly cannot pick a fault with this practice.

My name is siamak goudrazi. For your record. I've got high blood pressure. I'd believed Dr Nabi for 15 years. He was so solving problem. For 2 months I've got headache of high blood pressure. Desperately after 3 weeks I could get an appointment with him . When he found I get my blood pressure myself. He refused to change prescription. Still I feel headache. My blood pressure is too high. Because of my blood pressure my heart getting pain .I feel all evening and night times dizzy.the God help me. I will comlaint of this surgery. I can't believe it. I will change my clinic.

Never had any issues with the staff or the reception, always a pleasant experience. Sure the place sometimes has long wait times but you can't exactly complain about free healthcare. Just an observation, pretty much all of the negative comments have glaring spelling and grammatical errors, was difficult to decipher most of them, there's no point in posting a review if nobody knows what you're saying.

Fantastic Doctors, been with these most my life and yeah sometimes you wait abit longer but lets be grateful we have Dr's and like these as some places across the globe have none, nothing!. Get a job and you wouldnt be over running these places as some (Not all) fake there medical needs and you lot doing the reviews know this then theres the covid rush and they may find it hard to keep u0 witj the numbers pouring in, I rest my case.
