Booked to stay at Peppers as the "decadent sanctuary" offered here was highly recommended - it was the main reason for booking here. This was booked 3 months in advance. 2 days before our check in date, we received an email saying the sanctuary was no longer available because the spa was broken. Their alternative offer was to allow use of the steam room/sauna/cold plunge pool at half price ($137 pp), which is a bit rich considering its the middle of winter, so only the steam room/sauna would be viable. No other treatment options were available as they were fully booked. Highly recommend booking elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Spa was fantastic! Great way to wind down after hiking all day. They could offer sample skincare in the change room, seeing that they also sell the products. It could be a great way to promote them
