This place is great! It seems it is continuing with shopping without plastic. All the items you need, all plastic free. The more shops do this the better.

Good sized shop with good selection of produce. Plenty of unwrapped products to buy but hopefully the selection of unwrapped staples is increased soon. Rather frustratingly organic produce is ALL wrapped in plastic.

This is my local supermarket, I have lived in Abingdon for around six months at time of writing and have been to this Waitrose countless times. It offers a large range of products, has an onsite sushi, deli and cheese and bakery. More recently has had addition of a better cafe and the new “unpacked” which provides a way for customers to reduce the amount of plastic waste they produce by offering refillable solutions. I am very happy with the steps they have taken to reduce the amount of plastics they sell, and hope this trend continues. They also no longer sell plastic bags period, only bags for life which is great. The car park is quite large and also has great bike parking facilities. There is now an on-site cash machine which is very useful. as well as 2 car charging stations, however as of recently one has been out of action a lot. While this is a Waitrose and the prices are more expensive that other supermarket shops, specially on brands. This is known fact and if you are looking for cheap you would go else where.

Going down hill. Been using this Waitrose since it opened. Good to see it done up, but half empty shelves, things poorly labelled. Have stopped using self checkouts as they now take twice as long. Also just noticed a review saying you can always find a parking space - that's a big NO - reviewer must be extremely lucky to always find one.

A fantastic store with such a variety and choices! There’s ample parking spaces and two hours are free parking. The store has lot to offer and some counter services that are not available in some other stores. For instance Deli Counter and self serving Coffee Beans grinding and serving ourselves. The place is inviting and is kept immaculately clean with efficient and helpful staffs.

Excellent store, very good size for one in a town centre. Staff are polite and helpful without exception. Very good charging point for electric vehicle drivers too. The charging points make it my number 1 supermarket to visit.
